Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy — UAE Shipments
- All orders within the UAE are eligible for free shipping.
- Expect your package within 2-3 business days once your order is confirmed.
- We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that some delays may occur during high-demand periods.
Return Eligibility
- You may return your item within 7 days of receiving it.
- The return request must be approved by us before you send the item back.
- The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unaltered, with all protective plastics/tape, hang tags, and original packaging intact.
- Items purchased with special discounts or promotions may be excluded from returns.
- Custom or special orders are not eligible for returns or refunds unless specified.
Refund Process
- Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund.
- The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.
- Any transaction charges (bank or processing fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds may take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the payment method.
Consumer Protection Law
- We follow the legal framework of the United Arab Emirates' Consumer Protection Law, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Your rights are fully protected by law when shopping with us.
Cancellation
- We may need to cancel an order before delivery due to events outside our control, or if a product is unavailable.
- If your order is canceled and payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid.
